All New students and Kindergartners should bring:

  1. Birth Certificate

  2. Current Immunization Record

  3. Release of Records Form

  4. Physical Examination Report (recent 6 months)

    See Handbook p 25.  May use physician’s form.

Gym shoes for K-8:

Union Adventist University has requested non-marking sneaker/sports type shoes for our gym play. These may be the same shoes used for school. Thanks!

Kindergarten:

Nebraska State Kindergarten entrance age:  age 5 by July 31.
